Our guide had been a medical assistant for he guerrillas in the civil war. He had been evacuated to Germany to have an prosthetic leg fitted. Now he guides people around the museum and the site of the massacre at El Mozote.

The camouflaged antenna used by the underground radio station, "We Shall Overcome Radio" in translation. Note the egg boxes used as sound proofing. The government forces were constantly hunting for the radio station, but never found it.
